March 2026 promises to be a real treat for viewers. Streaming services and TV channels have several highly anticipated projects in store that fans have been waiting years for.
The main newsmaker of the month is, of course, the second season of One Piece. But that's not all: equally high-profile returns and intriguing new projects are also on the horizon.
1. 'Rooster'
Release Date: March 9, 2026

Writer Greg visits his daughter, a university professor, to help her cope with her husband's affair with a graduate student. He decides to hold a seminar for local students to discuss his books.
It turns out that the main character of his novels is popular among young people, who are convinced that the brutal Rooster is Greg's alter ego.
Greg can't resist the opportunity to reminisce about his youth and spend time with young people. In doing so, he becomes increasingly like his character and discovers something new within himself.
2. 'Vladimir'
Release Date: March 5, 2026

A married literature professor falls in love with her new colleague, writer Vladimir. The two embark on a passionate affair, which inevitably brings both happiness and the ruin of their past lives.
Judging by the trailer, viewers can expect remarks similar to those in Fleabag, as well as plenty of erotic fantasies.
Based on Julia May Jonas' novel of the same name, the project will use social drama and dark comedy to explore what happens to women when their minds are overwhelmed by secret desires.
3. 'One Piece' Season 2
Release Date: March 10, 2026

This adaptation of the popular manga follows the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy and his crew as they search for Gold Roger's infamous treasure.
In Season 2, the live-action characters will journey through the dangerous Grand Line, where the Straw Hats' most famous trials begin. They will also be joined by a new member, the reindeer Tony Tony Chopper.
4. 'Marshals'
Release Date: March 1, 2026

The new Yellowstone spinoff stars former Marine Kayce Dutton. In the original show's Season 5 finale, he sold his family's ranch and decided to become a marshal to bring order to Montana himself, leaving his family's troubles behind.
In the new series, Kayce will protect the places he holds dear while raising his son alone. The series also features Mo Brings Plenty, Gil Birmingham, Logan Marshall-Green, and Arielle Kebbel.
5. 'Invincible' Season 4

The animated series continues the story of Mark Grayson. Mark is the son of Omni-Man, the most powerful superhero on Earth, and a half-human. Mark dreams of achieving his father's level of success, but he soon learns that his father is not a protector of the planet, but rather its conqueror and an alien.
For several seasons, Mark lives with the burden of his relative's actions, refusing to join the Viltrumites. In the final episodes of the third season, Mark confronts and defeats the powerful Conquest.
Meanwhile, Cecil demands the accelerated development of advanced cyborgs composed of the dead bodies of alternate Invincibles. This could further intensify the conflict between Cecil and Mark and lead Grayson into a larger war with the Viltrumites.
6. 'DTF St. Louis'

Best friends Clark and Floyd are both desperate and on edge because they have fallen in love with the same woman. Their battle for her heart could have been the plot of a romantic comedy, if not for tragedy. Floyd is found dead, and Clark becomes the prime suspect.
After the finale of Stranger Things, fans can't wait to see their favorite actors again. DTF St. Louis is timely, even if Chief Hopper dies quickly.
7. 'Young Sherlock'

Guy Ritchie continues to release content every year. Young Sherlock is based not on Arthur Conan Doyle's detective stories, but on Andrew Lane's spinoff book series.
The series chronicles the rise of the iconic character. Set in the 1870s, it follows Sherlock, an Oxford student, as he is assigned his first case. While investigating a murder in the university laboratory, he uncovers an international conspiracy that will change his life forever.
This isn't the first time that Guy Ritchie has adapted stories about the English detective. In 2009, he released Sherlock Holmes, starring Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law. The movie was followed by its sequel, Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, in 2011.
8. 'Daredevil: Born Again' Season 2
Release Date: March 24, 2026
Streaming Platform: Disney+
In the second season the blind vigilante continues his fight against his longtime foe, the crime boss Wilson Fisk. After becoming mayor, Fisk decides to purge New York City of masked vigilantes.
In order to defeat Fisk, Daredevil attempts to assemble a team of loyal superheroes, including his longtime friend Jessica Jones, who returns to the universe after six years.
The first season of the show was part of Phase 5 of the MCU, the second season will be part of Phase 6 that will also include Spider-Man: Brand New Day, featuring Jon Bernthal's Punisher.
