"Only 4 Ingredients?!" No One Will Believe This Heavenly No-Bake Icebox Cake Is This Simple
Your ultimate sweet treat for a sunny weekend.
The spring is already here, which means it’s time to start enjoying ice cream in the open air and just opt for more refreshing dessert options. If you’ve already tried every type of ice cream in your local store and are currently craving for something new, this ice cream cake is exactly what you need.
Apart from the fact that you don’t even have to use your oven to make it, the dessert itself requires only four essential ingredients (but feel free to add whatever other fruits and berries you like).
Ingredients: 4 waffle cake layers, 500 g of 33% cream, 400 g of sweetened condensed milk, 400 g of boiled condensed milk, 200 g of strawberries.
Cool the cream well and prepare all the ingredients. Cut the waffle layers to fit the pan, saving the leftover pieces for decoration. Whip the cream with some of the condensed milk until it forms a fluffy cream. Separately, mix the remaining condensed milk with the boiled condensed milk. Spread the condensed milk mixture on two cake layers.
Place one cake layer on the bottom of the pan, spread a layer of whipped cream, then place the second cake layer with the condensed milk mixture side down and press lightly. Repeat the layers: another layer of cream, then the second cake layer with the condensed milk mixture, and another layer of cream. Cover with the last cake layer and press the cake firmly.
Take it out of the pan, cover with the remaining cream, sprinkle with crumbs from the leftover wafers, and place in the freezer for 5 hours. Decorate with strawberries before serving.
