And looks like Robert is perfectly fine with that.

One could hardly think of anyone who shaded the Twilight saga more than its actual star, Robert Pattinson, did. However, he now might have some competition in the form of Mia Goth.

In a now-viral interview that has resurfaced from the duo's press tour for the 2018 movie High Life, Goth is asked whether she was a fan of Twilight back at the time when the movie saga led by Pattinson and his co-star Kristen Stewart was on its peak.

Goth, however, was surprisingly honest on this one.

"Um, I wasn't actually, but my friends were really into it. Like, my friends had Robert on their walls," Goth admitted. "I've never really... I don't know, I just never really connected to those kinds of movies. I never really understood Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings."

Pattinson laughed and joked how his co-star apparently dislikes all of his works.

"Anything you've done, I just don't get it," he quipped.

Aside from portraying vampire Edward Cullen in Twilight, Pattinson also famously brought Harry Potter's Cedric Diggory to screens, reprising the role in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Basically, Goth indeed had no mercy for not one but two of Pattinson's works.

Which Twilight Character Are You Based On Your Zodiac Sign?

Robert is not someone to take issue with that, though. Back at the time of his own press tours for Twilight, he was remarkably harsh towards his own project, not shying away from criticizing both the story and his character. However, some fans are certain that back at the time it was just Rob being Rob:

"People took two clips of Rob being sarcastic (which is his personality) and ran with the narrative that he hated the movies," one of the Twitter users suggested.

Robert Pattinson and Mia Goth starred in High Life in 2018 — a science fiction horror film following the story of a bunch of criminals sentenced to death who are sent to space to try and extract alternative energy from a black hole.
