Rosalia Breaks Silence on Her Euphoria Season 3 Role: 'Trying Not to Forget My Lines'

HBO's hit series Euphoria is set to premiere Season 3 in 2026, with an addition in the form of popular singer Rosalía. How is the filming process going for her? Let's find out!
Euphoria is many things, but two things it's not are boring and predictable. HBO's hit dark teen drama is set to return next year with many changes and additions to the story and cast. Spanish singer Rosalía has also joined the cast of Euphoria Season 3, and apparently she is taking her work in the project very seriously.
At this year's Vogue Met Gala, Rosalía had a very short interview with livestream hosts Teyana Taylor and Ego Nwodim. And during that time she commented on her feelings about joining the show.
“This is my first job, eh? Well, I’m learning, I’m figuring it out,” she said. “I’m trying not to forget my lines, but it’s been really inspiring being beside these amazing actors and actresses. My first time, figuring it out, trying to have fun with it, play around, improvise. But it’s been really inspiring being beside these amazing actors and actresses.”
Rosalía also ade that while she is taking it all seriously, she still wants to have fun at the set and play around and even improvise. Once before, she also shared in another interview with Hollywood Elite that she has always been a huge fan and wanted to be a part of the show and was even “putting the idea in the air.”
In fact, Rosalia has already written herself into the Euphoria history, with her and Billie Eilish’s song Lo Vas a Olvidar being a soundtrack for season 2.
What Do We Know About Euphoria Season 3?
Created by Sam Levinson, the show will take its characters out of high school for the first time. Season 3 will feature a five-year time jump. It is currently filming in Los Angeles and will premiere in 2026, which is four years after the conclusion of season 2.
In addition to Rosalía, the upcoming season of Euphoria will welcome several new cast members, including Super Bowl Champion Marshawn Lynch and NAACP Image Award winner Kadeem Hardison. Actors Sharon Stone, Asante Blackk and Lucy Punch have also joined returning series regulars Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, Hunter Schafer and Jacob Elordi.
What Do Fans and Critics Think About Euphoria (and Rosalia’s Part)?
- On Rotten Tomatoes, Euphoria has 87% from critics and 84% from viewers.
- On IMDb, Euphoria has 8.3/10.
Fans are pretty happy to see Rosalis joining the show, even though her role remains a mystery. Some people have their fingers crossed that Rosalia, 32, wouldn’t end up playing a teenager, meanwhile others are trying to speculate on the show’s budget.
“That's the producers saying: You thought we didn't make enough money to pay Zendaya and Sydney? They're coming back and we're paying Rosalia on top,” Redditor theo7777 said.
There are gans who would even prefer for Euphoria to never even have a third season.
“Sounds fun but personally I would prefer Euphoria never came back. S2 was iconic but it was also bad and messed up everything that was good about the 1st season. add in all the cast drama, a death, the decline in writing quality..... I'm good,” said Redditor Tomoki.
