Silky, Cheesy, and Divine: The Secret to the World’s Creamiest Homemade Alfredo Sauce

Just 15 minutes of preparation, and you can serve the most delicious cream with any pasta that you like.

The Italian cuisine has given the world a huge variety of delicious food, including many sauces that go perfectly well with this food, but the famous Alfredo sauce might be one of the top favorites when it comes to cooking pasta.

Made of cream and cheese, the topping can also go well with mushrooms and chicken, but will still be perfectly fine with any kind of pasta only. Apart from that, it’s very easy to make, allowing anyone to have an haute-cuisine dinner at home in just minutes.

Ingredients: 300 ml of 25% cream, 20 g of butter, black pepper and salt to taste, 80 g of Parmesan cheese, 1 clove of garlic.

Peel the garlic. Finely chop it with a knife.

Place a small saucepan or skillet on the stove. Drizzle with vegetable oil and heat it. Add the garlic. Cook for a couple of minutes.

Pour in the cream. Stir and bring to a boil. Add the butter and melt it completely. Season with salt and pepper.

Grate the Parmesan cheese on a small grater. Add it to the other ingredients. Stir thoroughly.

Cook until the cheese has completely melted and the sauce has thickened. Then remove from the heat and, stirring constantly, add it to the pasta immediately.
