You might have never thought diet-fit salads can actually be this delicious.

The summertime is almost there, which means many start opting for healthier dinner options to lose a bit of weight ahead of hot days in bikini. However, losing weight shouldn’t equal suffering, which is why some came up with this salad recipe — it’s both low-calorie and extremely delicious, so save it for your next healthy dinner.

Ingredients: 1 small head of napa cabbage, 1 baked chicken breast, 2 cucumbers, 1 bell pepper, 1 can of canned corn (optional), herbs, salt and 15% sour cream to taste.

Finely shred the napa cabbage and transfer it to a large salad bowl. Remove the skin and bones from the chicken breast, cut it into small pieces, and add it to the cabbage.

Slice the cucumbers and cut the bell pepper into strips, then add them to the other ingredients. Drain the liquid from the corn and add it to the salad (you can leave it out if you prefer).

Finely chop the herbs and add them to the salad. Season with salt to taste, dress with sour cream, and gently toss until well combined.

Let the salad sit for a while before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
