Stop Wasting Money on Takeout: This 15-Minute Buffalo Wing Hack Is Better Than in Any Bar
With this recipe, your party snacks will never look better.
There might be a thousand ways to prepare chicken wings (which many have already tried in all sorts of junk food restaurants), but nothing can still compare to the iconic Buffalo wings.
These are extremely popular both inside and outside the US, and it’s understandable — the spicy taste matches with the perfect look of crispy chicken which is also very tender inside. Just try making Buffalo wings at home once, and you’ll never be able to stop.
Ingredients: 1.5 kg of chicken wings, 3 cloves of garlic, 4 tbsp of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of ground paprika, 1 teaspoon of ground coriander, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 4 tablespoons of hot sauce, 3 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of salt.
Rinse the wings and pat them dry thoroughly. Mince the garlic, mix it with olive oil, vinegar, paprika, cilantro, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce, then add honey and salt.
Mix the wings thoroughly with the marinade so they’re completely coated, and let them rest for at least 30 minutes.
Place them on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake at 200°C for about 35–40 minutes until golden brown. Halfway through cooking, flip them over and brush with the remaining marinade.
Serve hot with vegetables and sauce to enhance the flavor and add freshness.
