Ingredients: 2 celery stalks, 2 small zucchini, 5–6 broccoli and cauliflower florets, 100 g of mushrooms, 2 sweet peppers, 200 g of tofu, 250 g of sweet and spicy sauce, 200 g of udon noodles.
Chop and fry celery stalks, zucchini, broccoli and cauliflower florets. Add mushrooms, cut into quarters, and roughly chopped sweet peppers. Fry them over high heat for 5 minutes, then put them in a pot.
In a separate pan, fry tofu until golden brown and add to the vegetables. Pour in sweet and spicy sauce.
Boil udon noodles, add to the other ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
