Luckily, the social media is full of simple recipes that can help you make a decent meal in just several minutes, and this egg salad might be something like this as well.

The side dish is extremely popular in many countries across the world and can boast of tens of different recipes, but here’s a classic one for the first taste.

Ingredients: 10 chicken eggs, 100 g of mayonnaise, 1 bunch of green onions, ground black pepper to taste, salt.

Hard-boil the eggs (7–8 minutes), cool them in cold water, and finely chop them.

Add the chopped green part of the onion. Season with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Serve chilled as a standalone dish or use as a sandwich filling.
