This clever stovetop recipe turns a humble pantry snack into a spectacular, cheese-stuffed appetizer that will completely blow your guests' minds.

We usually think of a comforting, homemade pizza as a time-consuming treat that requires hours of waiting for the dough to rise. However, satisfying your sudden savory cravings can actually be a matter of minutes.

Getting a piping-hot, cheese-stuffed snack on the table takes less than ten minutes of your time — this creative skillet combination of bubbling melted cheese, rich tomato sauce, and a tender, pizza-like crust is the fastest way to get a fun, comforting bite that will disappear from the plate in a flash.

Ingredients: 10 slices of dry bread, 2 sausages, 4 eggs, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, 70 g of hard cheese

Chop the onion, bell pepper, and sausages into small pieces, then fry them in a pan for about 5–7 minutes until tender and lightly browned.

Place the finished filling on a plate. In a bowl, beat the eggs until smooth, and grate the cheese.

Place the bread slices in the skillet and carefully pour the beaten eggs over them, then cover with a lid and cook for a few minutes until the eggs begin to set.

Then add the fried vegetables and sausages on top, cover again, and heat for another couple of minutes.

At the end, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and keep covered until ready.
