These tender and creamy mini-buns will become your favorite type of breakfast.

Whether you’re looking for something to bring diversity to your breakfast routine or simply a dessert to treat yourself to after a hard day, these fluffy cottage cheese mini-buns might be your perfect solution.

Made within several minutes, they turn out tender inside and crispy outside — just give it a try once, and you won’t stop baking them for a long time.

Ingredients: 180 g of cottage cheese (9% fat), 2 eggs, 80 g of sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla sugar, 50 g of butter, 220–250 g of flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, a pinch of salt. Additional: powdered sugar or sesame seeds for sprinkling.

Gently mash the cottage cheese with a fork, then add the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and softened butter. Mix until smooth. Combine the flour with the baking powder and gradually stir it into the cottage cheese mixture.

The dough should be soft and slightly sticky. Lightly grease your hands with oil and quickly roll out small balls slightly larger than a walnut. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

If you like, you can sprinkle sugar or sesame seeds on top.

Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C until lightly golden brown.
