Among those nominated for the award are House of the Dragon ( episode Black Queen), Prehistoric Planet (Ice Worlds), Stranger Things 4 (The Piggyback), and another Amazon show, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power ( Udûn).
And yes, Payback is the exact episode where The Boys fans got the pleasure to see an incredibly realistic explosion of a person's penis from the inside. Now that the episode is nominated for an award — most likely for that exact sequence — the fandom is losing it.
