You might have never thought the most delicious chicken can be prepared this easily.

Even though there’s a myriad of recipes explaining how to cook the chicken in the most delicate way, all of those can just become dull after being repeated again and again.

If you’re tired of preparing the chicken with the same methods, consider looking at this Filipino chicken adobo recipe — it might sound a bit complicated, but the process itself is actually easier than anything you’ve cooked before.

Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped cilantro, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 green onion, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and equal amounts of cumin, thyme, oregano, and ground black pepper.

In a sealable plastic bag, combine all the ingredients except the chicken.

Add the chicken, seal the bag, and mix the contents thoroughly. Place in the fridge for at least four hours.

Grease the grill rack and remove the chicken from the marinade. Grill covered over medium heat for 6–8 minutes per side.

The best side dish to serve with this dish is boiled rice, but feel free to choose whatever garnish you like.
