The Only Chili Your Family Will Ask For: A Rich & Savory White Chicken Recipe with a Creamy Twist

The social media is full of all kinds of recipes for chicken that can be served as both lunch and dinner options, so no wonder many of us are used to having this kind of diversity.
Some of those keep going viral, with the now famous white chicken chili becoming a whole new trend thanks to its a bit spicy texture cooled down by creamy sauce and melted cheese. This kind of chicken can also be considered comfort food, so make sure you keep the recipe below for the next family dinner.
Ingredients: 4 boneless chicken thighs, 1½ cups of cooked white beans, 2 large onions, 2 tablespoons of corn, 2 cloves of garlic, 100 ml of 10% heavy cream (or 100 g of cream cheese), ½ teaspoon of white pepper, 1 tsp of oregano, 1 tsp of marjoram, 2 bay leaves, ½ fresh chili pepper, salt to taste.
Cut the chicken into 1×1 cm cubes.
Fry the chili pepper in a skillet with vegetable oil until it turns dark (then remove it) and add the chicken. Cook for 5–7 minutes until lightly crusted.
Add the onion and cook until translucent. Add the garlic and spices (except salt) and cook for 1–2 minutes. Add the beans, corn, and half a cup of water. Simmer, covered, until the liquid has evaporated.
Stir in the cream (or cream cheese), reduce the heat, and cook for 5 minutes until thickened.
Serve with cilantro and any garnish you prefer.
