Even though many consider the fantasy fudge to be pure Christmas classics, there’s nothing bad in trying to make it for a party or dinner during summertime. With this recipe, the dessert turns out tender and rich in taste thanks to chocolate and marshmallow, so give it a try — it might become your own Christmas favorite too.

Ingredients: sugar, butter, condensed milk, chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla extract, nuts (optional).

Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, butter, and condensed milk; stir until fully dissolved and combined. Bring to a boil and cook, without stirring, for 5 minutes, making sure the mixture doesn’t boil over.

Reduce the heat, add the marshmallow cream, chocolate, and a pinch of salt, and stir until fully combined.

Turn off the heat and gently fold in the chopped nuts so they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Remove from heat, pour the mixture into the prepared pan, and let cool and firm up for about 3 hours.

Remove the fantasy fudge from the pan using parchment paper, place it on a cutting board, and cut into 1–2-inch squares.
