The easiest Asian dish you’ll be making at least once a week after seeing this recipe.

Many people are used to thinking that the Asian cuisine is way too complicated to try and make something of it at home, though it’s not true in some of the cases.

One of those is the famous fried rice that’s usually served with shrimps and delicious sauce — with this recipe, you won’t spend more than 40 minutes cooking one of the most authentic Asian meals. Another advantage is that no exotic ingredients are required, so you can get everything you need from a grocery store nearby.

Ingredients: 12 shrimps, 1 tsp of ground curry, 1 clove of garlic, 50 g of brown rice, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1/4 of a chili pepper, 3 tbsp of vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp of sugar.

Boil the rice in salted water until cooked. Then boil the shrimp in hot water for 5 minutes. Peel them.

Finely chop the garlic and chili pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add the chopped garlic, chili, and curry powder, and fry for 20-30 seconds. Add the shrimp and cook for another 3–5 minutes.

Add the cooked rice to the pan, drizzle with soy sauce, add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, and stir-fry the rice until golden brown. Serve with herbs and vegetables.
