The simplest ingredients turned into an impressive dinner meal.

We’re all used to serving meat and potatoes for dinner, but many might not have a clue about the potential that these two ingredients actually have. Believe it or not, you can simply turn those into a good-looking and extremely delicious roll filled with tender meat inside and crispy outside.

With this recipe, you’ll discover a completely new way of serving the same ingredients that your family will ask for again and again.

Here’s what you need: 400 g of potatoes, 3 eggs, 100 g of flour, 2 onions, 2–3 red bell peppers, hot peppers to taste, 15 g of parsley, 500 g of ground beef, 10 g of garlic, 3 g of paprika, 160 g of mozzarella, salt and pepper to taste.

Grate the potatoes, add the eggs, flour, finely chopped vegetables, herbs, and spices, and mix until smooth.

Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes until lightly golden; this will create a flexible potato “sheet.”

While it’s baking, fry the minced meat with onion, garlic, pepper, and spices until cooked through.

Let the cooked potato sheet cool slightly, cut it into squares, place the filling and a little cheese on top, and wrap into tight rolls. Place in a baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and bake for another 10–15 minutes until a delicious crust forms.
