It will take just a couple of minutes to become a party legend in your neighborhood.
If you ever held a party at your house or simply had a friend gathering, it’s likely you ever wondered what kind of snacks to serve before the main dish.
While many appetizers look pretty but require a lot of effort, there are also those that are made in minutes and will still surprise your guests. For instance, this baguette and olive snack is surely a contrast of tastes that your party definitely needs — so save the recipe.
Ingredients: 240 g of baguette, 100 g of salami, 120 g of mozzarella cheese, 1–2 tomatoes, 30 g of pitted olives, 1–2 sprigs of rosemary, 2 tsp of balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp of olive oil, black pepper to taste.
Cut the baguette into slices and lightly toast them in a skillet or in the oven until crispy. Drizzle with olive oil.
Top with slices of salami, pieces of mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, and olives.
Sprinkle with finely chopped rosemary, add a little black pepper, and just a couple of drops of balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately while the bread is still crispy and the toppings are juicy and fresh.
