Everyone seems to be hyped for Ghost Rider to appear in 'She-Hulk: Attorney at Law'. But even if he will, who's going to play him?
Newest 'She-Hulk: Attorney at Law' featurette and its little nod to Johnny Blaze has sparked debates among Marvel fans as to who is the perfect actor for the role of Ghost Rider – Ryan Gosling or Norman Reedus.
In the featurette, a poster with Johnny Blaze can be seen in a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment at the end of the video. But the little Easter egg was enough for fans to reignite the hype for Ghost Rider, especially in the wake of Ryan Gosling recently voicing his desire to join the MCU as this particular character.
Moreover, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige himself seems to be on board with the idea. After having heard that Gosling wants to jump on that burning bike, Feige said he would love to see Gosling in the MCU.
With a background like this, a Ghost Rider Easter egg certainly seems to not just be an occasional Marvel nod to one of its characters. However, Gosling is not the only one who fans believe to be perfect for the role.
His "rival" is Norman Reedus, who is famous not only as an actor but also a motorcycle enthusiast – a little details that makes fans go crazy over the possibility that he might once set a bike on fire in the MCU.
Besides, a lot of people think that Reedus is way more suitable for the role because of his brutal style compared to Gosling's softer appearance. One fan on Twitter even suggested a way to resolve the competition.
"Reality show where Ryan Gosling and Norman Reedus fight each other over GHOST RIDER. Nothing too fancy. Just two guys, one mudpit, some random edged weapons and NO SHIRTS ALLOWED." – @Dan_Zinski
Still, some people offer a totally different take.
"Personally I think Jensen Ackles would be perfect as Johnny Blaze or Danny Ketch as Ghost Rider. Norman Reedus for Molecule Man. Ryan Gosling or Taron Edgerton for Richard Rider as Nova." – @MattCalloway62
The appearance of Ghost Rider in the MCU – be it in 'She-Hulk' or anywhere else – has still not been officially confirmed.
'She-Hulk: Attorney at Law' premieres on Disney Plus on August 17.
