There are quite many dishes we prefer trying in cafes or restaurants actually having no idea they’re easy to make at home. Yes, even those KFC chicken wings that are just too tempting to leave them out can also become your home meal routine once you master a pretty simple recipe.

We recommend you accompany the delicious pineapple chili chicken wings with mashed potatoes, though you can opt for something you like more.

Ingredients: 800 g of chicken wings, 200 g of canned pineapple, 2–3 tablespoons of chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 cloves of garlic, 100–120 g of panko breadcrumbs, vegetable oil for baking.

Marinate the wings in a mixture of chopped pineapple, chili sauce, soy sauce, and garlic for at least 30 minutes. Then coat them in panko breadcrumbs and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake at 190°C until golden brown, when they are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Serve hot.
