Ingredients: 1 kg of potatoes, 1 onion (100 g), 50 g of dill, 1–2 pieces of processed cheese (100–150 g), 100 g of breadcrumbs, vegetable oil for frying, salt and black pepper to your liking.
Peel the potatoes and boil until tender, then mash into a smooth puree, season with salt and pepper. Finely dice the onion and fry until golden brown. Chop the dill and grate the processed cheese.
