While walking, Maddie sits down on an ancient stone and voices her heart's desire. She wakes up as Paul's bride, but her heart is uneasy.

Things don't turn out the way she imagined. Especially when the photographer she bumped into at the airport appears on the horizon.

One thing you can't help but like about Irish Wish is the scenery. The movie is filled with shades of green: the furniture, the clothes, the bus seats – everything down to the smallest detail screams that the characters are in Ireland.

The local landscape is the creators' main trump card, and they use it to the fullest.

As for the plot, Irish Wish follows a predictable path. We've seen love triangles like this hundreds of times before: one man is a successful narcissist unsuitable for the main character; the other is a charming, creative person.

However, the story is written with such ease, and Lindsay Lohan's portrayal of the main character evokes such unconventional sympathy that you won't notice how an hour and a half flies by.
