Felton also shared which film he found to be the most rewarding as an actor.

Tom Felton, the actor who portrayed the arrogant heir Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter movie series, recently made a confession.

He revealed that he had never watched the films more than once. However, when asked which movie he felt most connected to, Felton answered without hesitation.

Tom Felton Says 'Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets' "Was Always Fun"

Tom Felton Just Picked His Own Favorite 'Harry Potter' Movie:

He chose the second movie, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Felton emphasized that his choice was guided not only by sentimental reasons, but also by specific creative considerations:

“Well, I'll say bluntly. The second film, Chamber of Secrets, was always fun because there was a giant snake basilisk in it and Alan Rickman was in full form, and we knew our characters a little better then.

The sixth one was the most rewarding for me as an actor. I certainly wouldn't be doing what I'm doing now without the training and the learning of what proper acting sort of is or was.”

The actor's choice is easy to explain – it was in the second movie that Draco came to the forefront. In this movie, he plays the school's main antagonist and becomes Seeker for the Slytherin Quidditch team.

Despite Being the Longest Movie in the Franchise, 'Chamber of Secrets' Remains a Favorite Among Fans

Despite the book being far from the longest, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, released in 2002, became the longest adaptation of the franchise.

The film's pacing is sometimes affected by its two-hour and 40-minute running time: the story slackens in places, and director Chris Columbus' increasingly dark imagery partially deprives the movie of the carefree, magical feel that permeated the first installment.

Nevertheless, many fans consider this to be the most faithful adaptation of the source material. Departing from the fairytale atmosphere, Columbus opted for a more original, noirish style that suited the plot well – the story revolves around the investigation of crimes against Muggle-born wizards.

The Chamber of Secrets is notable for fully addressing the topic of inequality in the wizarding world – Hermione is branded a Mudblood, a mark that will remain with her forever.

Furthermore, this is perhaps the only time that the trio of main characters must navigate the finale without Hermione. Trapped in the hospital wing, she is helpless for the first time, leaving Harry and Ron to fend for themselves.

It is the combination of a dark atmosphere, detective intrigue, and the characters' coming of age that makes this film the most memorable in the legendary franchise for many – including Tom Felton.
