'Black Panther' sequel is going to set up the MCU's phase 5, and do so in style.

'Wakanda Forever ' could end up being a big step forward for the MCU 's Phase 4, as many important conflicts will be set up in this blockbuster. Of course, Chadwick Boseman will be greatly missed in the sequel, but the capable cast of his fellow actors will surely make the production as great as it is to honor the late actor. Kevin Feige and his creative team will no doubt make sure that this film will be remembered by fans for years to come.

According to noted insider DanielRPK (via Reddit), who shared the leaked plot of the film, there will be a lot going on in the 'Black Panther' sequel, from Shuri becoming the titular superheroine, Riri Williams becoming Ironheart, and Namor appearing as the main villain, to Doctor Doom being introduced in a post-credit scene. Wait, what? It looks like Marvel's iconic villain will be set up after the end of 'Wakanda Forever', similar to the way Thanos was once introduced.

"Eager to see if they cast someone or if they just have doom in costume. Either way, it will be similar to the Thanos/Avengers1 post credits scene in my books, Doom should be one of the biggest villains going forward into FF and Secret Wars. " – @PowerDiesel23.

But don't get too excited just yet, because, according to an insider, Doom's scene will be filmed with a stand-in, as the main actor has not yet been chosen, and Feige has reached out to several well-known actors.

"Someone "standing in" in a Dr. Doom costume means that they don't yet have an actor to play Dr Doom in future movies or they weren't yet available for filming." – /Pedestral.

And if recent rumors about Simon Baker being cast as the main villain of 'Fantastic Four ' are to be believed, he may play the role of Doctor Doom in the upcoming film.
