Fans can't believe they didn't add Dr. Strange in WandaVision.

WandaVision premiered on January 15, 2021, on Disney Plus. The 9-episode series that follows Wanda Maximoff and Vision managed to leave fans both frustrated and satisfied. It is safe to say that WandaVision is one of the best Disney Plus' series so far.

An interesting detail about the show was found in the Disney Plus' web documentary series, Marvel's MPower. This series, as you may know, is a treasure trove of untold stories and behind-the-scenes insights about the most iconic women in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The detail surprisingly connects WandaVision to Spider-Man. In one of the episodes of MPower, we get a sneak peek into the WandaVision writers' room. Amidst the flurry of ideas and brainstorming, a keen-eyed fan from Scarlet Witch Updates spotted a couple of intriguing notes on the board.

One of them apparently reads, "Agatha opens the mirror dimension in her closet," and the other one clearly states, "Dr. Strange trapped."

Now, this might seem like just another day in the Marvel Universe, but hold. This is what appears to be a clear reference to Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Remember the scene where Doctor Strange chases Spider-Man, only to be outsmarted and trapped in the Mirror Dimension by our web-slinging hero?

What we could have seen in WandaVision, probably would have been a cool little cameo of Dr. Strange. Not only would it have been absolutely epic, but it would have also provided some information on the timeline of the MCU 's projects, which is currently a bit messy.

Fans got really excited about this revelation. One user commented, "I knew there was more to Agatha's closet!" while another excitedly noted, "This is why I love Marvel. Always keeping us on our toes!"

This discovery has certainly added intrigue to WandaVision. It is a shame we didn't see Dr. Strange in the series, even if it was a short cameo.

So, what does this mean for future Marvel projects? Well, Agatha will soon return in her own series Agatha: Coven of Chaos. So maybe we will see a deeper exploration of the Mirror Dimension. If we are too lucky, Dr. Strange might make an appearance.
