Her character became one of the most memorable even though she only appeared in one movie.

Devon Aoki's filmography is modest, but it's hard not to remember her. Her high-profile debut in 2 Fast 2 Furious made her a global celebrity, and several more successful movies in which she starred cemented her star status.

Not every actress is lucky enough to have such a successful start in Hollywood. However, Devon decided to leave the world of cinema at the height of her popularity.

At the age of 13, Devon began her modeling career, Kate Moss herself vouched for her promotion, who saw in the girl a unique appearance.

For two years in the modeling business, Devon has achieved tremendous success, she was even able to replace Naomi Campbell and become the face of the Versace brand.

In addition to Versace, the young model has starred in ads for Kenzo, Hugo Boss, L'Oreal and many others.

In the early 2000s, Devon decided to leave the world of fashion and modeling and begin to master acting. The actress was cast in 2 Fast 2 Furious despite the fact that she did not know how to drive at all.

She mastered driving in the process of filming with the help of stuntmen who taught the actress not only how to drive, but also how to drift.

During her film career Devon starred in 9 movies, but even a portfolio so small has plenty of interesting projects. Among them are Sin City, War, Mutant Chronicles.

The last movie in Devon's career was the 2009 comedy Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Undead, after which Devon stopped acting in movies.

The actress quit acting to focus on raising her four children. Since then, Devon has only been seen in music videos and documentaries.

Considering the efforts studio executives are making to tie the Fast and the Furious franchise together, it is possible that Aoki will appear in one of the future movies.

Even if she doesn't return to the main storyline, she can still join a spin-off about female racers.

Although Suki was a minor character and almost twenty years have passed since 2 Fast 2 Furious, she deserves to appear in at least one more movie.

If the actress agrees, it would be interesting to see her in the next installments and find out what she has been up to since racing a pink Honda.
