Will Smith’s 1998 compelling thriller and Meryl Streep’s iconic 2006 movie soon will be nowhere to be found for Prime Video’s audiences.

Just like any other fellow streamer, Prime Video keeps its disheartening streak and shares a monthly update on what movies and shows will be leaving its platform, ceding their place to new long-awaited arrivals.

While those films that were chosen for a departure in March are now set to look for a new streaming home, there’s still a chance for you to give them a watch (or a rewatch if that’s some of your personal favorites).

The list is certainly full of big hits from the past years, comprising thrillers with a star-studded cast, an animated movie and even an iconic fashion drama starring Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep.

Enemy of the State (1998) — March 31

Both a sequel to Minions and a prequel to Despicable Me, the animated feature takes its viewers back to the 1970s where 12-year-old Gru embarks on an attempt to make his biggest dream come true and join a supervillain supergroup known as the Vicious 6.

He does get a chance to do so once the group’s leader is gone, though Gru still needs to prove his abilities, and the Minions are there to help him with this.

However, things stop going according to plan when Gru is chased after stealing a powerful artefact, which ultimately forces him to team up with the supergroup’s former leader himself.

The Blair Witch Project (1999) — March 31

The movie came as a groundbreaking found-footage horror and remains one of the biggest inspirations for the genre’s directors even after more than 25 years since its release.

One of the biggest box office hits of 1999, The Blair Witch Project follows three student filmmakers exploring the Black Hills Forest in Maryland while trying to make a documentary about the Blair Witch. The initially fun idea soon turns into their biggest nightmare as the characters start noticing weird and pretty intimidating occurrences around them.

Crimson Tide (1995) — March 31

Another gripping action thriller with late Gene Hackman in the leading role, Crimson Tide also stars Denzel Washington as Ronald "Ron" Hunter, Executive Officer going into a clash with Hackman’s Commanding Officer Captain Franklin "Frank" Ramsey after they both interpret an order to launch missiles in different ways.

The tension keeps rising as both have to cooperate in a critical situation when a Russian civil war threatens to start off another nuclear disaster.
