Satenik Tovmasjan

Satenik is a movie buff with a linguist's ear and a journalist's eye — she’s been in the industry for 2 years, chronicling everything from cult cinema comebacks to streaming scandals. A graduate of Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Bryusov (Faculty of International Journalism and Linguistics), she later earned her Master’s in Public Relations at Yerevan State University — because storytelling should be both compelling and strategic. Her heart beats in sync with the rhythms of Emir Kusturica’s Balkan chaos, the pastel precision of Wes Anderson, and the sharp, blood-inked scripts of Tarantino. Satenik writes about films because they give her space for self-expression — and because cinema, at its best, speaks in a language that words alone can’t reach.
