9-1-1’s Episode 100 Already Confirms Fans’ Worst Fears About S7

With the first three episodes being more focused on Bobby and Athena's heroic survival and saving of many lives on a sinking cruise ship, fans thought that 911 decided to change its approach and let Evan Buckley catch his breath without any intense storylines.

But now that the cruise drama is over and things are getting back to normal at the firehouse, it seems that the show will return to Buck in the 100th episode, Buck, Bothered and Bewildered.

But don't panic. It's highly unlikely that we'll see Buck go into another coma and have an out-of-body experience. On the contrary, it looks like he's about to confront the emotions and feelings he was too afraid to unpack before. Looking at Eddie's newfound friendship with Tommy, he may come to some long-awaited realizations.

Speaking about the upcoming milestone episode to US Weekly, Oliver Stark, who portrays Buck on the show, admitted that he’s excited to dive into his character’s self-exploration journey:

“I think that’s kind of the story that we’re able to start to tell here, is that Buck isn’t consciously aware of the thing that he’s looking for or what’s lacking in his life. And as he hopefully starts to discover that it’s this cathartic, liberating feeling of just being able to ease into it and breathe out this big sigh of relief at last.”

Do we think that Buddie fans might finally see their favorite duo become a canon romance? It definitely feels that way. At the very least, it would explain Buck's struggle with his jealousy. Luckily, all the real, official answers are coming our way soon.
