9 Most Rewatchable 'The Bear' Episodes, Ranked by IMDb

Only the most emotional, gripping, and life-affirming episodes can heal the wound left by Season 4.
The fourth season of The Bear has finally arrived, but unfortunately, it did not meet fans' expectations. The once bold series has turned into an ordinary TV drama.
We decided to revisit the most outstanding episodes of the show from all four seasons, which you can revisit numerous times.
9. "'Dogs" – Season 1 Episode 4
IMDb Score: 8.1/10
Carmy and Richie are cooking hot dogs for a children's party at home that was organized by Cicero, Carmy's wealthy uncle to whom Michael owed a significant amount of money.
Richie accidentally drops a Xanax into the lemonade, causing the children to peacefully fall asleep, much to the adults' surprise. Meanwhile, Sydney is trying to earn the trust of her colleagues at the restaurant.
8. "Ice Chips" – Season 3 Episode 8
IMDb Score: 8.2/10
Natalie starts having contractions while she is driving. None of her friends or family members answer her calls. Help comes from an unexpected source: her mother. Until this moment, Donna didn't even know her daughter was pregnant.
At the hospital, Donna shares her experience with Natalie. The daughter finds the strength to explain why she had kept silent about the pregnancy.
In "Ice Chips," Donna finally puts aside old grievances and shows maternal care. A flashback from Season 2 showed Donna endlessly picking on and yelling at Natalie, so this episode is especially pleasant.
7. "Honeydew" – Season 2 Episode 4
IMDb Score: 8.7/10
In the second season, the diner's cooks take refresher courses. Marcus traveled to Copenhagen, where he met and befriended chef Luca.
The aspiring pastry chef must return home with three new dessert recipes. While in Copenhagen, Marcus lives on a boat, and feeds a cat he never sees. He also thinks about his sick mother in Chicago.
Perhaps the calmest and most balanced cook, Marcus's trip to Copenhagen is kind and calming. The episode consists of pleasant moments and is devoid of conflicts and stressful situations.
6. "Napkins" – Season 3 Episode 6
IMDb Score: 9.1/10
Tina was fired from her office job after working there for 15 years. She is stressed because she is not used to doing nothing and is worried about her family's finances.
She accidentally wanders into the diner, cries over a sandwich, and has a heart-to-heart talk with Michael. The boss of the diner offers her a job.
"Napkins" is probably the warmest episode of the third season. Once again, The Bear shows that each flashback featuring Michael is a small spiritual treat.
5. "Braciole" – Season 1 Episode 8
IMDb Score: 9.2/10
Carmy attends a meeting for people affected by a loved one's addiction. There, he reminisces about why he decided to become a chef.
In the previous episode, Carmy fought with Marcus and Syd. Now, at a party at the diner, Richie gets into a fight with one of the guests.
After being released from prison, Richie gives Carmy a letter from Michael. Carmy agrees to cook braciole for his colleagues and finds stacks of hundred-dollar bills hidden by his brother in cans of tomatoes.
4. "The Bear" – Season 2 Episode 10
IMDb Score: 9.4/10
The restaurant has finally received all the necessary permits from the authorities and finished renovating, and is about to open its doors.
In the meantime, the team is hosting a dinner party for friends and family. Of course, not everything goes according to plan. Richie saves the evening, and Carmy blames Claire for everything.
In the second season, it seems that Carmy has found happiness in his personal life. However, he ruins everything and proves that he has not yet overcome his inner demons.
3. "Bears" – Season 4 Episode 7
IMDb Score: 9.5/10
The longest episode of Season 4 takes place at Tiff and Frank's wedding, which reunites the entire Berzatto family. The most touching moment is the rapprochement between Frank and Richie for the sake of Richie's daughter, Eva.
Then, everyone takes turns hiding under the table with Eva and sharing their fears. This scene perfectly captures the essence of The Bear – they are not just relatives, but a real family. Unlike the chaos of "Fishes," this episode brings healing.
2. "Fishes" – Season 2 Episode 6
IMDb Score: 9.6/10
Five years before the opening of the restaurant, the Berzatto family gathered for Christmas. Carmy arrived from Copenhagen, and his mother, Donna, is nervous and agitated. She struggles to cope with the cooking and refuses to let anyone help her.
A fight breaks out at the table between Michael and Uncle Lee. The episode reveals the origins of Carmy's anxiety and Michael's tragedy, exposing the family's toxic dynamics.
1. "Forks" – Season 2 Episode 7
IMDb Score: 9.7/10
Richie participates in an internship at the Michelin-starred restaurant, Ever. He meets Chef Terry, who starts every morning by cleaning mushrooms.
Richie is unexpectedly attracted to service and customer care, and he feels that he is doing well. Richie also hears Chef Terry's story – she did not achieve great success right away.
By the end of the episode, Richie has changed dramatically. Now, he wears a perfectly fitting suit and cannot stand forks, spoons, or napkins that are not perfectly aligned. This is a rare episode of The Bear with a happy ending.
