No need to get out of the house to taste the most famous cheeseburger in the world.

Who hasn’t tried that iconic Big Mac in McDonald’s and then craved for more, coming back every so often? Many of us know this feeling, though sometimes a thought of trying to prepare the famous cheeseburger at home does occur.

To make things even easier, the social media created the Big Mac roll that won’t require burger buns and thus will help you get the snack quicker. But remember: once you try it, there might be no way back to McDonald’s (at least not for Big Macs).

Here’s what you need: 3 tortillas, 360 g of ground beef, 90 g of semi-hard cheese, 120 g of iceberg lettuce, 50 g of pickled cucumber, 30 g of green onion, 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 teaspoon of mustard, ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper, ⅓ teaspoon of salt, 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

First, prepare the sauce: finely chop the green onion and pickled cucumber, place them in a bowl, add the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard, mix thoroughly, and let it settle.

Then mix the ground meat, salt, and black pepper until smooth so it keeps its shape. Meanwhile, chop the iceberg lettuce and grate the cheese using a large grater.

Split the minced meat into three portions. Place one portion in the center of a tortilla and spread it in a thin, even layer in a circle, leaving the edges uncovered.

Heat a skillet with a small amount of oil and place the tortilla in the pan with the meat side down. Cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Then flip it over (using a lid makes this easier) and move it to a plate. Prepare the remaining pieces in the same way.

While the meat is still hot, sprinkle it with grated cheese, top with salad, and drizzle with the prepared sauce. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, forming a tight roll.

Fry the finished rolls in a grill pan or regular skillet for 2–3 minutes on each side until they have a delicious golden-brown crust.
