Looks like Marvel fans are really into standalone stories sometimes.
Now that the MCU's Phase Four is in full swing, fans gathered online to discuss the most successful recent Marvel projects so far. And no matter how different the lists were, there was one title that ultimately ended up on top.
Yeah, people just loved 'Moon Knight' almost unanimously, frequently ranking the show among their top 5. Among other indisputable fan favorites are 'Spider-Man: No Way Home', 'WandaVision' and 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness'.
One of the users suggested that the success of 'Moon Knight' is partly due to the fact that it does not shy away from violence and is not tied to the MCU all that much.
However, the likeability of projects like 'No Way Home' and 'Multiverse of Madness' points to the fact that everybody seems to enjoy the multiversal adventures that involve a lot of characters, both new and familiar.
A lot of people also nod to 'Shang-Chi: The Legend of the Ten Rings', which is a good enough result for a newly-introduced superhero.
Among the least liked Phase Four projects are 'Eternals' (although some people still placed the movie on top of their lists), and 'Black Widow', with pretty much everyone disappointed with the Natasha Romanoff solo movie.
Phase Four releases have been scheduled up to 2023, stuffed with solo movies for Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Thor, Guardians of the Galaxy and Ant-Man, along with a number of TV series, from 'WandaVision' to 'Secret Invasion'.
