The main concern: Georgia is going to die in Season 3.

Why? Because of the complicated love triangle as well as her complicated past.

The real concern: it’s not Georgia we should be worried about but Paul.

From a storytelling perspective, this theory actually makes more sense. Losing Georgia would fundamentally change the show. After all, it's Ginny and Georgia. Besides, Paul's departure could open up new possibilities for the show.
