Is Millie pregnant in Helluva Boss? She found out in the Sinsmas episode and didn't tell Moxxie
Millie walked out of the Helluva Boss Season 2 finale with a secret she couldn't bring herself to share with her own husband, and the show took nearly two years to get back to it.
Helluva Boss is Vivienne Medrano's adult animated musical comedy about I.M.P., a company of imp assassins who kill humans on commission. Millie, voiced by Medrano herself, is the team's cheerful, violent and most dependable killer. She's married to Moxxie, voiced by Richard Horvitz, the anxious weapons expert who adores her. Season 2 ended with "Sinsmas" on YouTube on December 21, 2024, and Season 3 premiered on Prime Video on October 14, 2026.
Yes, Millie is pregnant
In "Sinsmas," Millie takes a pregnancy test, and it's positive.
She isn't happy about it. She calls her sister, Sallie May, and admits: "I don't know what to do." When she sees Moxxie, she gets as far as asking, "You know I love you?" and stops there. That's as close as she gets to telling him.
Her behavior on the job that day sent fans in the wrong direction. Millie is the only one who insists on killing a human family whose husband cheated, and part of the fandom took it as a sign that Millie had cheated on Moxxie. The theory had nothing behind it, and the pregnancy was the actual secret.
When Moxxie finds out
Fans waited 662 days, from the "Sinsmas" finale to the Season 3 premiere, to see Millie deal with it.
In Episode 1, "Turtle Emoji," she's still hiding it, throwing up during a visit to Stolas and telling Moxxie she needs "a bit of space." In Episode 2, "Bad Reputation," she tries to keep being the tough, reliable one in the group while clearly scared about how she'll care for a baby.
Then she tells him:
"I'm pregnant."
Moxxie is thrilled. He starts planning their future on the spot, and the episode ends with the two of them happy together. Both episodes premiered on the same day, so Season 3 viewers got the secret and the reveal in one sitting.

What happens next
The pregnancy is now part of the show. In Episode 3, "Gimpy Gimpy," Stolas gives Millie a book to help her prepare. By Episode 7, "YES/NO," the Part 1 finale, she's shopping for baby clothes and having a hormone-fueled breakdown in the store, while Moxxie, now a full-time father-to-be, isn't holding it together much better.
The baby hasn't arrived yet. Season 3 Part 2, with the remaining eight episodes, comes to Prime Video in 2027.
