Despite the fact that Gamora has already died once, there seems to be nothing stopping her from dying a second time.

If there is one thing James Gunn makes clear in the Guardians of The Galaxy franchise, it is that no one is safe.

Groot dies in the first movie, Yondu – in the second one, and with the release of the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, anyone can be next in line.

James Gunn has already stated that The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will be his farewell to the series, and that farewell may be very painful.

If there is one character who does not deserve to die again, it is Gamora. She was killed by Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War being used as a sacrifice to get the Soul Stone, so there is no Gamora that Peter Quill loved and cherished.

While fans wonder which of the characters will have to be killed by screenwriters this time, the most obvious option is still Gamora, since his existence violates the laws of the Multiverse.

After Gamora died at the hands of Thanos, the Guardians of the Galaxy spent a great deal of time searching for her alternate version, and their search was successful.

This version of Gamora arrived on Earth-616 during the Battle of Earth. But it is too early to rejoice.

For one thing, this is a completely different heroine, with her own background and other memories, so Quill will apparently have to conquer her love again.

Second, as viewers learned in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, the existence of a character in an alternate universe can lead to the destruction of one or even two of those universes.

In this way, the appearance of Gamora on Earth-616 carries with it a great deal of danger that the heroes simply cannot turn a blind eye to.

In addition, the actress who plays Gamora, Zoe Saldana, has already shared that she is tired of big Hollywood franchises, which seems to indicate that the likelihood of killing off a beloved character is even more possible.

So far, all of these factors quite clearly indicate that Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will be the last movie for Gamora, who is unlikely to survive the dangers that await the heroes in the new installment.

Fans hope that if this is true, then James Gunn has come up with a decent farewell for the heroine that although will break the hearts of the viewers, but will make it beautifully.
