For a few years now, we have been living without big Avengers get-togethers and it's not until the next Phase, Phase 5, that we will see them fighting another big villain as an ensemble.

Almost nothing is clear at this point except the next big villain, Kang the Conqueror, who was introduced in Loki as a variant and will be properly introduced in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. The film will hit theaters in early 2023 and will be the first installment of the long-awaited Phase Five.

Till then we have mostly rumors to fuel us, and rumors get more and more exciting. Two tweets from the insider MyTimeToShineHello on Twitter have left Marvel fans especially excited. First one promised Robert Downey Journey to return at least one more time to star in the Avengers: Secret Wars. And the second one promises that his on-screen daughter, Morgan Stark, "will return and in a big way."

RDJ Rumored to Return As Iron Man in the MCU' s Secret Wars

Fans have expected Morgan Stark's return to the MCU for a while now. Lexi Rabe who played Stark's daughter in Endgame admitted that she had filmed some scenes for Spider-Man: No Way Home but the footage was cut after. Presumably, the movie was already too crowded, but it was clear that Marvel didn't want us to forget about Morgan's existence.

And Lexi Rabe is not even the last actress to be shot and cut in the role. There was supposed to be one more Morgan in the Avengers — the teenage one, played by actress Katherine Langford from 13 Reasons Why. After snapping his fingers and destroying Thanos' army, Tony was supposed to enter the metaphysical realm and meet his teenage daughter. Soppy as it sounds, that meeting would open the doors for Morgan to take her father's place in the MCU, at least in the future. As a young Avenger, probably? We will have to live and see.

Morgan Stark Can't Actually Become New Iron Man – Here's Why

Reddit has few theories to offer except the obvious and boring one, that Morgan is just set to replace her father. One of the most exciting assumptions is that as Kangs are a dynasty they will fight with a dynasty of Starks. That would include Howard Stark, Tony's late father, a brilliant engineer himself. And who knows how many Starks could step out from the Multiverse to help them? It could very well be that when Tony Stark promised his daughter "I love you 3 thousand," he did mean it. Literally.
