My Take: 7 Most Bingeworthy Series on Netflix

There are endless streaming options, but some series end up being binged overnight twice a year, and some are left untouched. Here are 7 shows I definitely recommend you to binge watch.
Finding the perfect series to binge can feel overwhelming, right? There are so many recommendations that it’s really putting pressure on you. So after countless hours scrolling through Netflix's catalog, I've chosen some shows that are perfect for those who can’t get enough of good TV and are ready to spend some night in front of the silver screen.
So here are 7 series that make "just one more episode" an impossible promise to keep.
1. ‘Bridgerton’ (2020-)
IMDb: 7.4/10
Rotten Tomatoes: 84% from critics, 74% from audience
If you are still not into this drama, you’ve been watching TV wrong. With Regency-era Bridgerton, Shonda Rhimes proved that period romance could be utterly bingeable. The series combines amazing cinematography with diverse casting and modern takes on otherwise classic love tropes.
There is a change of titular cast each episode, making it fun to follow the story, tools from different perspectives, but all under the eye of one and only Lady Whistledown.
2. ‘Money Heist’ (2017-2019)
IMDb: 8.2/10
Rotten Tomatoes: 94% from critics, 81% from audience
Another series I watched only after the world stopped talking about it so loudly. Le Casa De PaPel (the original title of the series) became a global phenomenon, transforming a simple heist premise into a masterclass in tension and character development.
The Professor's devilish and complicated plan unfolds through a series of flashbacks and real-time action that constantly shifts your perspective on who to root for. The show's genius lies in making you simultaneously hope the robbers succeed while feeling sympathy for the hostages and police. Definitely a must binge!
3. ‘The Queens Gambit’ (2020)
IMDb: 8.5/10
Rotten Tomatoes: 96% from critics, 94% from audience
If you ask me how I can describe the series in one word, I would choose “quiet.” And don’t be afraid to turn it on even if you are not that into chess. The seven-episode miniseries with Anya Taylor-Joy as a young chess prodigy Beth Harmon will immediately make you fall in love with it with its powerful story.
4. ‘The Crown’ (2016-2023)
IMDb: 8.6/10
Rotten Tomatoes: 81% from critics, 92% from audience
While historical dramas might seem like unlikely binge material, The Crown's intimate and rather detailed portrayal of the British Royal Family creates surprisingly addictive viewing.
The series transforms well-known historical events into personal dramas filled with political intrigue and family dysfunction, still never hiding away from depicting individual struggles with duty versus desire. Each season covers a specific period in Queen Elizabeth II's reign, making it an amazing series to binge.
5. ‘Lupin’ (2021-)
IMDb: 7.5/10
Rotten Tomatoes: 98% from critics, 79% from audience
This is definitely one of my favorite international shows on Netflix. Inspired by Maurice Leblanc's literary gentleman thief Arsène Lupin, Lupin stars Omar Sy as Assane Diop, a clever and charismatic thief in his own right, using his skills to seek vengeance against the wealthy family that framed his father.
6. ‘You’ (2018-2025)
IMDb: 7.6/10
Rotten Tomatoes: 89% from critics, 70% from audience
In a mood for some psycho drama? Then Joe Goldberg's disturbing journey through obsession and murder is just the right thing for you. What I love the most about this controversial series is how Penn Badgley's charismatic performance makes Joe simultaneously repulsive and oddly sympathetic.
7. 'The Diplomat' (2023-)
IMDb: 8/10
Rotten Tomatoes: 90% from critics, 71% from audience
After you are done with The Crown, maybe turn your attention to this American political drama? There’s enough intrigue to keep you glued to the screen for the whole night! Keri Russel here plays Kate Wyler, a US diplomat to the UK who gets caught up in a massive international crisis that threatens to ignite a new world war.
