I was hungry for the intensity and passion of teen sports shows, and Netflix released a project that I needed – Olympo. It wasn't a hit or a critics' darling, but it definitely deserves the attention of fans of the genre, and here's why.

'Olympo' Is an Authentic Sports Drama
To ensure an authentic portrayal of the world of artistic swimming, the lead actresses underwent four months of training.
This approach allowed the actresses to do more than imitate the movements – they were able to truly embody their characters.
Instead of filming in a built set, the series was filmed in a real high-performance sports center. With its real swimming pools, gyms, and Spartan atmosphere, this location became a full-fledged character, adding authenticity to the story.
