Though you might still prefer checking it out on YouTube.
Severance is back on track on Apple TV+, torturing its viewers with just one episode per week, though the streaming has come up with a new and, frankly, quite annoying way to make the long wait a little bit easier.
This time, unlike its first season, the show has yet another exciting feature that helps the audiences keep up with the storyline in case something from the first instalment slipped their mind or they just had trouble trying to understand Severance’s complicated narrative.
Despite being available on Apple TV+ too, this kind of mini-series looks like a way better option on another platform.
Severance Season 2’s Behind-The-Scenes Addition is Apple TV+’s Worst Feature
Probably having learnt something from its previous season, Severance’s second instalment now goes accompanied by a behind-the-scenes mini-series, with the show’s actors and creators breaking down on a specific episode’s crucial moments.
This is an exciting addition for those who probably needed some help with understanding everything that was going on in there or just wanted a more profound look into Severance’s creation process.
However, the mini-series is still this kind of pain that Marvel fans can relate to as you have to wait until several minutes of final credits are over before finally getting to the BTS materials.
Naturally, this isn’t a rare case in the modern TV industry since last year’s second season of House of the Dragon followed the same pattern, including additional info after each new episode’s credits.
Severance’s Season 2 BTS Is Also Available on YouTube
As if it could predict its audience’s reaction to an annoying feature, Apple TV+ made sure fans craving for more Severance-related materials could have an easier access to the show’s behind-the-scenes.
Apart from being implemented into each episode of the second season, the same additional scenes are currently available for watching on Apple TV YouTube account, right in the Severance playlist and with no need to wait for endless credits with tens of the same pieces of info in different languages to be over.
The playlist now includes BTS from episodes 201, 202, 203 and 204 and, apparently, will be updated once a new episode is dropped on Apple TV+ each week. The second season’s episode 5 is set to be released this Friday, February 14.
