With finale delays, Stranger Things fans come up with the weirdest suggestions ever. This one can damage a mathematician's brain, even though the arithmetic is pretty simple.

Stranger Things has become one of Netflix 's most popular series thanks to its mix of nostalgia, mystery, humor, and heart.

With four seasons released so far, the show has set up many plot points and characters that could lead to new directions and surprises in the future.

One theory is that Lucas, Erika, and Dustin have already hinted at a major twist in the finale.

Redditor HarmlessLiger believes that El will not be able to defeat Vecna, although her sister Eight (aka Kali), who only appeared in one episode of season 2, will take care of the villain.

The author suggests us to rewatch the first episode of the season 4. At the end, there was a cutscene where footage of a basketball game alternated with a D&D battle.

When Eddie put the Vecna figure on the board, Dustin had to roll a 20 to win, but the roll was... Eleven.

At the same time, Hawkins' school was losing a game in the final minutes of a sports contest. The author noticed that Lucas wore a jersey with the number Eight on it.

So the theory says that if El loses to Vecna, Kali will appear to solve the problem.

Perhaps it was just a coincidence. Of course, something like that may happen. Although the Duffer Brothers may have intentionally left such a clue for those who could guess the secret code.

However, many fans do not accept this theory. They compare possible Kali's appearance to the moment in Game of Thrones when Arya jumped out of nowhere at the last moment to finish off the Night King.

"If they brought Kali back without a decent story it would cheapen the story and be deus ex machina-ish," said Redditor putdisinyopipe.

Whether or not this theory turns out to be true, it shows just how dedicated and creative Stranger Things fans can be, and how much they care about the series and its characters.

The anticipation for season 5 is already high, and this theory adds another layer of excitement and speculation.

The production, however, has been delayed due to the writers strike. We won't see the finale until 2024 or even 2025.
