Even Taylor Swift knows that Arya Stark is the real MVP of Game of Thrones.

Game of Thrones is a wildly popular television series that has captured the attention of people all over the world, including many famous personalities.

In fact, some of these individuals have gone on to openly identify with certain characters from the show. One famous example of this is singer Taylor Swift, who has revealed that she strongly relates to the character Arya Stark.

"I realize I don't know how to use a sword and I've never had to rise up from near death to go on an epic revenge mission," she said. "But I have been in the music industry for over 15 years, so…" (via)

That was not the first time Taylor Swift admitted her love for Game of Thrones. She started binge-watching it in 2016, and though at first it was just a way to spend time, soon the drama of Westeros started influencing her own works, particularly the Reputation album.

"These songs were half based on what I was going through, but seeing them through a Game of Thrones filter," she said.

As the singer explained, "'Look What You Made Me Do' is literally Arya Stark's kill list. 'King of My Heart' was influenced by Khal Drogo and Daenerys. It's even got this post-hook of drums — I wanted them to sound like Dothraki drums."

Game of Thrones influenced more than the contents of specific Songs. Swift always loved adding little clues in her songs for fans to find, but Game of Thrones pushed her to up her game.

"My entire outlook on storytelling has been shaped by [Thrones] — the ability to foreshadow stories, to meticulously craft cryptic story lines," she noted. "So, I found ways to get more cryptic with information and still be able to share messages with the fans. I aspire to be one one-millionth of the kind of hint dropper the makers of Game of Thrones have been."

One can only wonder what is going to happen if Taylor Swift ever reads George Martin 's A Song of Ice and Fire series, which make the show look simplistic and very straightforward in its foreshadowing!

Speaking of story clues and finding them, Tailor Swift's guess about who's going to end on the Iron Throne, back then, before GoT's finale, was incorrect, but fairly close to the mark: "But if I'm being realistic, I think Sansa has the skill set and the ability to delegate and put on a brave face but a stoic demeanor".
