Sometimes being too good of a rule-follower can be an issue too.

If there's one thing that all celebrities can probably tell you about, it's their collection of prized possessions from all the movie sets they've been on. Sometimes it's just a small item like a piece of their character's wardrobe or an accessory that reminds them of them the most. Other times, actors go big and take home entire pieces of sets.

At this point, from all we know about the industry it's more unusual to take nothing home than to take something huge. But even among the cast of The Big Bang Theory, who have been dedicated to their show for years, there was one person who didn't even think about taking anything behind the production team's back.

Mayim Bialik, who played Amy Farrah Fowler on the show, later admitted to US Weekly that she was probably the only one who didn't take anything on her own accord. The reason is simple: the actress just didn't know whether she could do it or not, and decided to play it safe.

“I think I'm the only one who didn't steal anything because I thought we're not supposed to. That's the thing, on Blossom, we weren't allowed to take anything <...> Actually, the set design department gave us all an apartment door. That’s cute. So I might put that outside of my front door of my house,” the actress recalled.

Luckily for Bialik, she didn't leave the set empty-handed. Her co-stars weren't so shy, though, and grabbed plenty more. Simon Helberg, who portrayed Howard Wolowitz, recalled taking home a belt buckle, while Kaley Cuoco stuck to the interior pieces and chose the poster.

Either way, it's hard to imagine anyone forgetting the journey the cast took on the set of The Big Bang Theory.

Developing and growing with their characters, and experiencing all the behind-the-scenes emotions of true friendships and relationships was probably the experience of a lifetime for everyone involved. A quirky wardrobe piece or a nerdy poster wouldn’t be able to replace all the memories and all the emotion.

If you want to get back into the wonderful world of The Big Bang Theory, you can stream the show on Netflix or MAX.
