The CW's 'Gotham Knights' First Look Is Out, Here's What DC Fans Have To Say
Fans of the Caped Crusader finally got a sneak peek at the upcoming series, which will center on the adventures of Bruce Wayne's adopted son.
The CW is currently going through turmoil as most of its hit shows, including 'Riverdale ' and 'Legends of Tomorrow', have been canceled. So, the release of a new lineup of original programs is of great importance to the channel, and it looks like they are making a big bet on their newest DC show, following the children of famous heroes and villains who are trying to clear their names after being accused of murder. The first poster showing the cast of 'Gotham Knights ' has been released, and fans are not at all thrilled.
The DC community on Reddit is not thrilled that The CW has once again taken on their beloved franchise, accusing the channel of profiteering from famous properties by reworking original scripts to fit the DC universe.
Others tease the young cast of the series, describing 'Gotham Knights' as something between 'Riverdale' and 'Arrow'.
'Gotham Knights' will arrive on The CW sometime next year.
