As we all wait for Part 2 of The Sandman to drop on Netflix, there's a cute behind the scene moment one of the cast members shared on Instagram. Here's what we know.

Unlike other shows that lose their magic over time, Netflix's take on The Sandman is actually only getting better.

The anticipation surrounding this dark fantasy series has only grown since its debut, proving that quality storytelling can indeed be sustained when handled with care.

Recently, we got another chance to peek behind the curtains with Mason Alexander Park (Desire) sharing a picture with their co-stars Adrian Lester (Destiny), Esmé Creed-Miles (Delirium) and Barry Sloane (The Prodigal).

“[It’s] crazy to see Desire with a genuine smile and not the spooky desire smile,” Redditor MeanSignature1459 pointed out.

‘The Sandman’ Season 2: Release Schedule

Will There Be ‘The Sandman’ Season 3?

Back in January, Variety revealed that The Sandman will end its run with Season 2.

“‘The Sandman’ series has always been focused exclusively on Dream’s story, and back in 2022, when we looked at the remaining Dream material from the comics, we knew we only had enough story for one more season,” Allan Heinberg said.

‘The Sandman’ Fans Talking About Season 2 Being the Last One

“That's a damn shame, but an understandable one. Out of all the Netflix series I've loved but were killed off, I'm the least shocked here,” Redditor GwafaHAvi wrote.

“[It] sucks but [I’m] not surprised. Netflix needs to change their model and do weekly release, they're more engaging, people talk about it longer, it doesn't just feel like it's all over in 1 day then have to wait a year or more for the next season,” another fan, ComprehensiveSalad50 on Reddit said.

Do you think ‘The Sandman’ could go on for another season or not?
