‘The Voice’ 2025 Had a Clear Winner (& It's Not Anyone From Top 5)

Last night concluded Season 27 of The Voice. For months, the contestants delivered one hit after another. However, as the show approached its Top 5, fans had a different idea of who the winner should be. And they certainly didn't go the conventional route.

We can all agree that everyone went quiet when Maelyn Jarmon took the stage with her new single “dreamboat.”

The winner of Season 16, who was previously coached by John Legend himself, performed a dreamy ballad reminding everyone why she won in the first place. Furthermore, the performance led fans to believe that it was a disservice to the current Top 5 for her to sing on the same night as them.

“Is that they invited Maelyn Jarmon to sing last night. I was watching, trying to figure who I hoped would win, and then Maelyn came on. Forget about it. I can't think of any of the finalists as being worthy,” Redditor thestoneyend wrote.

But now on a more serious note, the real winner of The Voice is Adam David, Team Michael Bublé. David already talked about what he wants to do next in his interview to TV Insider.

“I want to put out some music and go on tour. I want to play. I want to play for audiences and not, you know, empty rooms,” he revealed.

Michael Bublé also shared a cute behind-the-scenes moment in the same interview, saying:

“It's funny. I don't think I've ever stared at Carson Daley's lips so intensely. I was hoping he'd start to say 'A' [as in Adam]. I was literally looking at his lips.”
