You think it's all up to Eleven now? Think again.

Volume 2 of 'Stranger Things 4' is definitely on track to set up one of the show's most anxiety-inducing and chilling final battles, but a certain character might be playing a much bigger role than you would expect. That character is Erica Sinclair.

With the finale premiere being less than two weeks ahead, fan theories continue to flourish online. One of them suggests that the role of Erica Sinclair, Lucas' sister with an attitude, was in fact teased in the very first episode.

Let's take a look back at 'The Hellfire Club', where things are still relatively peaceful, and Dustin and Mike turn to Erica for help in one of their 'Dungeons & Dragons' games with Eddie Munson, the fan club's head. Eddie does not take her seriously at the beginning, but Sinclair quickly proves him wrong by spilling some facts (as usual) and making some bold moves.

As we remember, Erica ends up landing the victory for Mike and Dustin, defeating Lord Vecna in the game after her leap of faith-style dice roll. Now when things are rushing to an epic finale, fans believe Erica might do something just like that – this time, in real life, and not in the 'Dungeons & Dragons' tournament.

Lucas' sister has largely kept a low profile during the season, with the main events revolving around Eleven, Max, Eddie, Dustin and the rest of the Hawkins gang, albeit split between the small town and the state of California.

However, if someone has the gut to help her friends face off Vecna and possibly make the victorious move, it's Erica Sinclair. Just the fact.

We will know for sure on July 1 when Volume 2 premieres on Netflix.
