If you thought that Marvel hit the bottom, wait until you see the new Transformers movie trailer.

On Thursday, Transformers ' fans had a reason to celebrate as a new teaser trailer for yet another sequel, Rise of the Beasts, was dropped. However, the celebration has quickly turned into a cringe festival.

It seems that even the worst CGI put out by Marvel could seem tolerable in comparison with what the early version of Rise of the Beasts has offered fans.

When people saw the new version of Optimus Prime in the trailer, many of them actually felt the urge to apologize to Marvel's She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.

She-Hulk was roasted over how unrealistic the "Hulk" version of Jennifer Walters looked, but at least that did not look as underwhelming as whatever is going on in the Rise of the Beasts trailer.

"Marvel? Bruh, nevermind Marvel. The CGI is underwhelming compared to previous Transformers films, but hopefully it's incomplete and will be better for the movie release," Twitter user TheUnknownLurks said.

Frustrating visuals is not the only thing fans took issue with. Many people pointed out that according to canon, Beast Wars takes place on prehistoric Earth, while the new movie enjoys everything modern technology has offered to humanity.

Another thing that irks fans is how "the likes of Bumblebee, Arcee, and Prime have focus in the trailer when it should be actual Beast Wars characters."

The first teaser has certainly arrived to a less warm welcome than expected. However, there is indeed still hope for the movie to get better, at least with the CGI part, as there are several months left before the premiere.
