Vin Diesel announced that his rivalry with Dwayne Johnson is over, and they will work together on the next F&F installment. He even shared the release date, too.

It's been over two decades that the Fast & Furious franchise has been running now, and the recent Fast X release marked the tenth main entry.

Despite not being the favorite of the critics and having a funny reputation, Fast & Furious is a highly-successful franchise that has millions upon millions of fans who care about it.

Fast X has already collected well over $630M worldwide, and even though the reviews are pretty bad, the audience still loved the action-packed movie.

The newest addition to the franchise, Jason Momoa's villain Dante Reyes, has been largely praised as the best antagonist of Fast & Furious ever, too.

Now, it turns out, the movie that just came out was just the first part of Fast X; there will be Fast X: Part II, and the most unexpected person is returning for the next entry.

Vin Diesel, the Godfather of the Fast & Furious franchise, has had a years-long feud with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

It started back in 2016 when they were working on one of the F&F's installments together, and has lasted for over seven years… Until now, apparently, as both actors claim to have "put their past behind them."

Recently, The Rock wrote that they're cool again — and are starting work on Fast X: Part II which will feature his character, Luke Hobbs, and Jason Momoa's Dante Reyes as the two of them clash against each other.

Now, we've got an update from Vin Diesel himself: on his Instagram, the Fast & Furious boss revealed the release date for the movie.

With Fast X: Part II scheduled for the second quarter of 2025, the team has just under two years to make the movie, and it seems that they're already on it.

In his following post, Diesel shared a picture with Jason Momoa and praised him for his "scene-stealing character that the world won't forget."

This is great news for the fans as admittedly, Vin Diesel has made it up to both The Rock and Momoa.

After the recent leak with the F&F's Godfather trying to throw the Dante Reyes actor under the bus for Fast X's poor reviews, there were one too many reasons to think they will fall apart just like it happened with Johnson before.

But it seems like we're in the clear now.
