The story of one of the most controversial characters in the show, Inquisitor Reva, has reached its conclusion.

Warning: the following article contains spoilers for 'Obi-Wan Kenobi ' episode 6

Part VI of 'Obi-Wan Kenobi' that was released on Wednesday appeared to have satisfied pretty much every fan, even those who criticised the show and some of its characters. Among such characters was Reva, one of Darth Vader's Inquisitors hunting down the Jedi.

But even the way her story has been developed by the showrunners appeared to sit well with critics.

In the final episode, Reva decides to embrace the good left in her and steps away from the Dark Side, having survived the potentially fatal stab from Vader. It seems that she is on track to have a promising future as a "redeemed" villain, many fans suggest.

"I don’t know the general consensus on her here, but i’m excited for the inevitable future for revas character as a redeemed dark sider," – /MrBubbles9039.

Despite Moses Ingram 's character initially receiving a lot of criticism, especially in the wake of "plot leaks" that claimed she will be the one to save Luke Skywalker and not Obi-Wan, fans now seem to be cool with her now that they know the entire story.

"After watching Kenobi and better understanding Reva’s story, I think she is way better than when she was first introduced." – /DELUXE9000_YT.

People were particularly mesmerized by Ingram's performance in the final episode.

"I don't care what anyone says. Moses Ingram as Reva was absolutely fantastic! Throughout the show, you can tell Reva harbours burning hatred and a need to prove herself that she is not a weak child. When you find out why her performance hits all the more." – @MeepMayCry.

Reva actually surviving after rejecting the Dark Side is a breath of fresh air for the 'Star Wars ' universe, as she is the first villain who manages to repent and not tragically die instantly.

However, should season 2 be greenlit, then Reva might still be in danger, some fans argue.

"Everyone expected her to die by Vader, knowing his name since Vader always kills those who know him. Maybe she'll die in season 2. Who knows, but the fact that they let Reva live is a surprise cause usually LF never lets a darksider have a living redemption." – /legacyfilmics.

The studio is still to reveal if it has plans to extend 'Obi-Wan Kenobi'.
