Looks like we have an upbeat summer hit on our hands thanks to Netflix?
Ahead of 'Heartstopper ' premiering on Netflix on April 22, the streaming service has unveiled a new trailer for the series – immediately winning viewers' hearts not only with the new footage, but also with the upbeat and hopeful song that accompanies the adventures of the main characters and their budding romance.
We have Neon Capital & Kinck to thank for the great soundtrack – it is their song Young with a very appropriate for a series about teenage love title that starts playing in the 'Heartstopper' trailer at about the 1:01 mark. The optimistic and upbeat song reminds one of the songs from 'Love, Simon', the Netflix movie about coming of age and self-acceptance, which later became the basis for the TV series of the same name.
